Coat one each, AR15 upper and lower receiver forging with Arm-Mor firearms finish. (one in grey, one in black). 2. Strike one receiver with a ball peen hammer repeatedly. 3. Make deep cuts through the finish, into the the metal of one of the receivers. 4. Sand through the finish on one of the receivers in several spots with 320 grit silicone carbide abrasive. 5. Drop one of the receivers from a height of 3 feet onto ceramic tile. 6. Heat one of the receivers to 500° F for one hour. 7. Immerse one of the receivers in 20% hydrochloric acid for 10 minutes. 8. THEN.... Soak both receivers in a brine solution for ??. This is an ongoing test. We will post photos and results as they come in.
